परिमाप क्या है? परिमाप (Perimeter) का मतलब है किसी आकृति के चारों ओर की कुल लंबाई (Boundary)। आसान शब्दों में, अगर आप किसी खेत के चारों ओर एक चक्कर लगाते हैं, तो आपने जितनी दूरी तय की, वह उस खेत का परिमाप है।
1. आयत का परिमाप (Perimeter of Rectangle)
फॉर्मूला: 2 × (लंबाई + चौड़ाई)
शॉर्टकट: P = 2(L + W)

- एक आयताकार खेत की लंबाई 40m और चौड़ाई 20m है। उसके चारों ओर बाड़ (Fence) लगाने के लिए कितने तार की जरूरत होगी?
उत्तर: 2 × (40 + 20) = 120 मीटर - एक मोबाइल स्क्रीन की लंबाई 15cm और चौड़ाई 7cm है। उसका परिमाप क्या है?
उत्तर: 2 × (15 + 7) = 44 सेंटीमीटर
2. वर्ग का परिमाप (Perimeter of Square)
फॉर्मूला: 4 × भुजा
शॉर्टकट: P = 4a (क्योंकि चारों भुजाएं बराबर होती हैं)

- एक वर्गाकार पार्क की एक भुजा 50m है। कोई व्यक्ति पार्क का एक पूरा चक्कर लगाएगा तो कितनी दूरी तय करेगा?
उत्तर: 4 × 50 = 200 मीटर - एक वर्गाकार फोटो फ्रेम की भुजा 20 इंच है। फ्रेम के चारों ओर लगाने के लिए कितनी लकड़ी लगेगी?
उत्तर: 4 × 20 = 80 इंच
3. वृत्त की परिधि (Circumference of Circle)
गोल आकृतियों में 'परिमाप' को 'परिधि' (Circumference) कहा जाता है।
फॉर्मूला: 2 × π × त्रिज्या (Radius) या π × व्यास (Diameter)
शॉर्टकट: C = 2πr (जहाँ π ≈ 3.14)

- एक गोल मैदान की त्रिज्या (Radius) 7m है। उसकी परिधि (Boundary) कितनी होगी?
उत्तर: 2 × 3.14 × 7 = 43.96 मीटर - एक साइकिल के पहिये का व्यास (Diameter) 20 इंच है। पहिया एक चक्कर में कितनी दूरी तय करेगा?
उत्तर: 3.14 × 20 = 62.8 इंच
4. त्रिभुज का परिमाप (Perimeter of Triangle)
फॉर्मूला: तीनों भुजाओं का योग (Sum of all 3 sides)
शॉर्टकट: P = a + b + c
शॉर्टकट: P = a + b + c
- एक तिकोने पार्क की भुजाएं 30m, 40m और 50m हैं। पार्क के चारों ओर बाड़ लगाने की लंबाई?
उत्तर: 30 + 40 + 50 = 120 मीटर - एक त्रिकोणीय झंडे की साइड्स 10cm, 15cm और 10cm हैं। झंडे का परिमाप क्या है?
उत्तर: 10 + 15 + 10 = 35 सेंटीमीटर - एक समबाहु (Equilateral) त्रिभुज जिसकी हर भुजा 6ft है, उसका परिमाप?
उत्तर: 6 + 6 + 6 = 18 फुट - एक तिकोने खेत के चारों ओर की कुल बाउंड्री अगर उसकी साइड्स 12m, 16m और 20m हैं?
उत्तर: 12 + 16 + 20 = 48 मीटर
